This idea comes from Tony Robbins Basket Brigade, but let me tell you a story first.  My Dad told me a story of a little boy who he heard tell a teacher once.  The little boy said that 'Santa was too busy to come to his house this year' - in other words, his own parents had no money and had to tell the little boy that there wouldnt be any presents.

If you could picture this as being your own family (which may be difficult, as you and I live in a world full of choice and opportunity), however just try, and realise that other people do not have the same options that you and I have.

In fact, some parents, their only option is hopelessness. If you have ever been in that position (and im sure many of us may have been at some point in our lives) you will appreciate just what a poor place it is.  Now imagine that is your life every single day of the year.

So the idea is that we put all the money we get from our Mastermind Group for the month of December and put it towards the creation of a food hamper.  The food hamper then gets delivered from a 'delivery' driver (you or I!)

We find out the people in most need from the Salvation Army, the local church and the local schools and we hand deliver the food hamper just before Christmasn.  In the food hamper is a card that says 'Please accept this gift of food from a friend that cares. Please look after your family so that in the future you may be able to do the same for someone else in your future'.

Now - imagine the children in that family, and the kindness bestowed upon them, and the chance for them to do the same for someone else when they grow up.  This is exactly what happened to Tony Robbins, and just look at the millions of lives affected by that one event.

7.       1.30 to 1.40 – 10 min break

8.       1.40 to 2.40 What was one thing you did last month and how has that changed your business (10 mins each - roundtable discussion)

9.       2.50 to 3.50 – what three things you’re going to implement next month (Round table discussion)

10.   Approx 4.30 to 5pm Close (and end induction)
